Samosa is one of the most delectable and popular snack items in India.  The outer shell is a puff-pasty and the inside varies from a mix of vegetables to minced meat.  Contrary to popular belief, this delicious food is easy to make once you have the right ingredients.  Most ingredients can be found at any grocery store but look for items like cumin seeds, dry mango powder, and garam masala at Trader Joe’s or a local Indian store.

Try out the recipe straight from one of the most famous modern chefs in India!
